The founder and still current MD, Mr Les Crosby, commenced business under the name North Supply Communications over twenty years ago and was instrumental in introducing ‘radio on hold’ and later ‘music on hold’ to the Australian business market. From a small business providing cassette music and announcements to compact disc recordings and later to digital voice products, North Supply are now a market leader in new technical innovations providing the latest in digital IP Marketing Products for Corporate, Govt., and SME markets, Australia wide. North Supply has a reputation for providing top class service and products, and we’ll continue to develop new products and services to assist Australian and overseas business.

We don’t like to claim that we’re the biggest, but we’re certainly happy to have the title of being the best and we’d like to keep that claim by servicing you in the best possible way.
Recently relocated to Glebe (5 mins from Sydney City) where we’re surrounded by a lot of natural Rock and a wave of skilled Roll, our in house recording studio, provides the audio streams for both nsmedia and musiconhold, always using professional voices, musicians and production techniques.
Our hardware solutions whether, manufactured, imported and distributed, must meet a stringent R&D checklist to make sure the products your Business is offered are durable, reliable and well priced.

By maximising and encouraging the growing cross-skill of our people and absorbing the feedback from the business community, we’ll continue to be at the cutting edge of Business Audio & Visual IP marketing hardware. We’ll expand on our music library to be the first to bring businesses a mix of earthy indigenous sounds and laid-back chilled–out sounds over extraordinary technology. We’ll continue our dream to help revolutionise Australia-wide businesses music & visual displays with our strong service and corporate responsibility, via the Wholesale channel. We’ll continue to push for a greener-business environment by encouraging others to be Climate Friendly, neutralising office CO2 emissions.
We’ll also continue to be grateful that we exist in the Digital Age where we can use less paper and if we do use paper, we’ll continue to print on Recycled Paper.
